Key Responsibilities:

The Superintendent will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Conducting Job Hazard Analysis for assigned tasks and performing safety evaluations.
  • Coordinating and documenting all necessary inspections and compliance tests.
  • Ensuring adherence to environmental regulations and dust control measures.
  • Managing scheduling and procurement of materials, inspections, and workforce to meet project timelines and specifications.
  • Overseeing jobsite teams to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with construction schedules.
  • Collaborating with personnel and subcontractors to plan and execute work effectively, minimizing delays.
  • Managing daily project operations and keeping the project management team informed.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in underground utilities and wet utilities (including drainage, water, and sewer).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in all phases of site development, including excavation and grading.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in reading blueprints and specifications related to underground utilities.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with water, sanitary sewer, and storm distribution systems.
  • OSHA 30 certification and experience in mission-critical and data center projects are preferred but not mandatory.
