Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CDL Driver with experience in construction to join our team. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as side dump trucks, end dump trucks, and belly dump trucks.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment. Properly start, operate, and shut down heavy equipment. Understand and follow directions from supervisors regarding work areas. Monitor vehicle performance, fluid levels, and mechanical fitness. Train new employees in the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment. Operate other heavy equipment and construction-related duties as required.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of construction-related truck experience. CDL Class A license with Tanker endorsement. Willing to perform laborer work. Ability to work as a team member and maintain a positive attitude. Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work safely under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment. Frequent cross-body movements, including bending, climbing, lifting (up to 75lbs), twisting, standing, balancing, and handling materials. Good eye-hand coordination and depth perception required. Flexible availability, including overtime and possible weekends. Ability to communicate clearly and listen to information through spoken words and sentences.
