We are seeking a Hotel Group Arrangement Specialist to join our team at Crestview Management, LLC.
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
About the Job
This role involves coordinating and managing hotel group arrangements for clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of services for guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage group arrangements for clients.
- Manage room blocks and ensure that all guest needs are met during their stay.
- Communicate with guests for bookings within a group block.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all hotel group block arrangements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in group coordination or related field.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systems.
