  • Participate in decorating and merchandising the department to drive sales and engagement

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of retail experience in floral design or a related field
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Florist Transworld Delivery certification (FTD) required within 6 months
