Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in executing our yearly budget plan. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with retailers, customers, and sales representatives via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with contacting new prospective dealers via phone calls, quarterly newsletters, and email.
  • Support dealer marketing initiatives for point-of-purchase displays, fixturing, catalog builds, and product order guides.
  • Assist with consumer and distributor/buying group shows throughout the year.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
  • Perform data entry in various platforms.

Inventory Management:

  • Upload inventory daily (Monday-Friday) for EDI trading partners.
  • Pull daily inventory feeds for independent retailers and post to the Digital site.
  • Process control of all B2B purchase orders.
  • Daily fulfillment push on all EDI/non-EDI PO's.
  • Key orders as needed (Canada, In-house, VIP).

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
