About the Job
">SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: We are searching for a talented Quality Assurance Specialist who is passionate about delivering high-quality person-centered supports and services. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assessing organizational performance, implementing improvement plans, and monitoring their effectiveness.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with case managers and other SCI Team Members to create a culture of person-centeredness that starts with and extends from the people receiving our services. You will also participate in meetings, training, and certification that offer learning opportunities and promote skills and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain SCI's Total Quality Management Program.
  • Develop and maintain tools to support supervisor and program oversight of quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop person-centered protocols ensuring the quality and compliance of services.


What We Offer:
  • $70,000 - $90,000 per year salary range.
