About the Role:

This part-time position will be scheduled for 24 hours a week and offers a unique opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in healthcare quality improvement and leadership. As a Clinical Outcomes Specialist, you will work closely with our Department of Clinical Excellence to facilitate the implementation of evidence-based practices and lead sustainable change initiatives.

  • Developing and implementing plans to improve patient outcomes and reduce adverse events.">

Education and Experience:

This role requires a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting. You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
