Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Omm IT Solutions. As a key member of our operations group, this individual will be responsible for analyzing and improving our business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, with a minimum of five years of experience working as a business analyst in an organization where IT was the main product/service. They should also have demonstrated prior experience successfully eliciting and documenting business processes, analyzing business processes, and recommending improvements.

This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience preparing presentations for executives and other senior stakeholders. Additionally, the ability to prepare meaningful and easily understood process diagrams using standard diagramming software such as Microsoft Visio is essential.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and basic project management skills and experience are preferred. Familiarity with Google Workspace (formerly G-Suite) collaborative productivity tools is also desirable.

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
