Strategic Improvement Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Transformation Director to spearhead our efforts in driving process improvements, developing training programs, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs, and utilizing various instructional methods to enhance learning outcomes and drive process improvements. The estimated salary range for this position is $126,000-$201,000, commensurate with experience.
Main Responsibilities- Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for driving process improvements and cultural transformation.
- Training Program Development: Design and deliver Lean/process improvement and cultural transformation training programs for senior leaders and Transformation Coaches.
- Culture Transformation: Foster a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, innovation, and continuous learning throughout the organization.
- Evaluation Strategies: Design and maintain evaluation strategies to assess customer needs and perceptions, and determine the long-term impact of educational interventions.
- Bachelor's Degree: Required in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Training and Development, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt: Required certification.
- Minimum 7 Years' Experience: Leading strategic initiatives in a matrixed enterprise environment, facilitating process improvement teams, and managing training programs or curriculum for large organizations.
