Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifies and validates onboarding forms to ensure accuracy and completeness, maintaining the integrity of personnel data.
  • Enters personnel actions into the HRIS system in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to established protocols.
  • Monitors and tracks personnel actions to ensure timely processing and resolution of issues, providing support to district staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field, with a focus on onboarding and personnel processing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
