Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Property Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for explaining the process and answering customer questions, monitoring and communicating customer needs and concerns, performing production processes as scheduled, and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime when required, varying between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
  • Explain the process and answer customer questions as needed.
  • Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs and concerns.
  • Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
