A Major Restoration Company, ServiceMaster Clean, is seeking highly skilled and motivated technicians (helpers) and experienced Crew Chiefs (Supervisors) to join their team.

Job Description

In this role, you will specialize in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after fire, smoke, or water damage situations. Your expertise will be essential in responding to emergencies and delivering unparalleled service excellence.

You will work closely with homeowners, businesses, and insurance providers to assess damage, develop restoration plans, and implement effective solutions. Additionally, you will perform post-construction cleaning, carpets, and upholstery cleanup tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work flexible hours, including overtime when required, between 7:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., averaging 40 hours per week.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining our process and addressing their concerns.
  • Monitor and respond to customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate job file documentation, tracking project details and quality control metrics.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have superb interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable working hard in challenging situations and available for overtime.
