IT Support Specialist

Position: Deskside Technician, Tier 2
Clearance Level: Public Trust
Employment Status: Non-exempt
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients on a daily basis.
- Act as a representative of IntelliDyne in client interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity challenges.
- Assist Desktop and Laptop users in addressing various software issues.
- Deliver customer education, training, and direct support.
- Oversee backup, recovery, and data restoration processes from workstations.
- Address and rectify formatting and peripheral concerns.
- Provide assistance for diverse systems including email, LAN/WAN, user account management, and applications.
- Serve as the primary contact for diagnosing IT-related issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Possession of DOD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification.
- Associate degree with relevant experience, or a High School diploma accompanied by experience.
- Demonstrated enterprise experience in either commercial or governmental settings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
- Understanding of workstation administration and management.
- Basic experience in network support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work independently while fostering positive relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundations v4 certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
