Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients on a daily basis.
  • Act as a representative of IntelliDyne in client interactions.
  • Identify and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity challenges.
  • Assist Desktop and Laptop users in troubleshooting various software issues.
  • Deliver customer education, training, and direct support.
  • Oversee backup, recovery, and data restoration processes from workstations.
  • Address and rectify formatting and peripheral device issues.
  • Provide assistance for various systems, including email, LAN/WAN, user account management, and applications.
  • Serve as the primary contact for IT problem resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of DOD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification.
  • Associate degree with relevant experience, or a High school diploma with relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated enterprise experience in either commercial or government settings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Understanding of workstation administration and management.
  • Basic experience in network support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work independently while fostering positive relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundations v4 certification is desirable.
  • Familiarity with ticketing software.
