Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expertise in Enterprise Architecture to facilitate informed, data-driven decisions across the organization.
  • Advise senior management with architectural insights to align with strategic goals for future IT system integration.
  • Collaborate with Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) teams to gather user requirements and enhance the NC3 Digital Mission Engineering Environment.
  • Create and maintain baseline and evolving architectures for NC3 systems, ensuring they are accurately represented in digital engineering tools.
  • Develop comprehensive architecture documentation for various aspects of the NC3 Enterprise, including All View (AV), Operational View (OV), and System View (SV) artifacts.
  • Utilize validated data to reformat and publish architectural information, ensuring it is accessible within digital engineering platforms.
Minimum Qualifications:

Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen.

Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in providing technical expertise in RF systems, design analysis, and integration, including:
  • Proficiency in DOD communications architecture and systems.
  • Experience in developing architecture artifacts using frameworks such as DODAF, TOGAF, SysML, or UAF.
  • Ability to establish system information requirements and design architectures that meet current and future needs.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the capability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital modeling tools like Cameo, Magic Draw, and SparxEA.
