Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Process Management: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Cost Savings and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Facilities and Project Managers, to ensure seamless procurement processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or related field, and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant procurement experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience with Great Plains Procurement software (or similar) and asset tracking and inventory management software.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
