4. **Account Management:** Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile key accounts, identifying errors and recommending improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
5. **Audit Support:** Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
6. **Invoice Management:** Review and audit invoices against purchase orders, resolving discrepancies as needed.
7. **Vendor Relations:** Investigate and resolve payment issues for vendors and purchasing agents.
8. **Accounts Payable Oversight:** Monitor accounts payable to ensure timely payments and reconcile discrepancies.
9. **Data Entry:** Code financial data for processing according to company procedures.
10. **Customer Payment Processing:** Prepare and apply customer payments, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.

Payroll Accounting Focus:
Your primary focus will initially be on payroll accounting, including:
1. **Time Card Collection:** Facilitate the collection of time cards within the ERP system.
2. **Payroll Reporting:** Reconcile payroll reporting and allocate payroll expenses to projects.
3. **Management Reporting:** Provide management with reports on payroll expenses, timecard reporting, and headcount.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with a minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Global Shop ERP system.
- Strong understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with various levels within the organization.
- Permanent authorization to work in the US is required.
