Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all general accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Handle credit card reconciliations and ensure accuracy in all related financial transactions.
  • Manage commission payments and prepare related reports for the team and stakeholders.
  • Process invoices for three teams, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Manage credit card processing, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Send vendor payments, ensuring all financial obligations are met promptly.
  • Resolve accounting-related questions or issues from internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in 2 of 3 areas: AR, AP, or bookkeeping.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment or within a service company.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MS Office Suite, particularly Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Personal Attributes:
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical financial management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in an urgent high-volume environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and development.
