Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Trios Health. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and report waived, non-waived, and highly complex laboratory tests in chemistry, serology, urinalysis, immunohematology, hematology, and microbiology.
  • Answer technical questions pertaining to test performance and medical significance of test results.
  • Recognize problems, identify causes, and make simple corrections using present strategies.
  • Perform and monitor quality control and maintenance procedures within predetermined parameters.
  • Develop and modify procedures as directed by Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in a Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science with one year of clinical internship.
  • Registry: ASCP or AMT certified.
  • Good visual acuity, including color perception.
