Position Overview:
As a Patient Care Technician specializing in phlebotomy, you will be responsible for executing a range of specimen collection methods from patients within a healthcare environment, including both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct specimen collection with precision and care.
- Engage in additional responsibilities that may include:
- Front desk operations
- Gathering billing details
- Processing specimens
- Providing exceptional client and customer service
- Uphold a professional rapport with patients, clients, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate Trios Health's commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Execute all duties in compliance with the organization's safety and regulatory protocols.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist in the state of Washington.
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, including at least 3 months of practicum in a clinical, hospital, or laboratory environment.

Compensation:
