Radiology and CT Technician

Under the supervision of the Imaging Services Director and Radiologists, the Radiology and CT Technician is responsible for executing a range of Radiology and CT imaging procedures with minimal oversight. This role demands a high level of independent judgment, creativity, and initiative.
The technician will perform various imaging tasks, including:
- Conducting fluoroscopic procedures and assisting in specialized imaging as needed.
- Preparing and administering contrast agents.
- Handling all post-processing duties related to imaging.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential to ensure aseptic conditions. The technician will also be responsible for generating, accessing, and analyzing images and associated data utilized by healthcare providers for diagnosing patients across all age groups, including neonates, children, adults, and seniors.
Safety is a priority; therefore, the technician must ensure a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff while adhering to all applicable rules, policies, and standards.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess an Associate's Degree, a minimum of six months of Radiologic Technology experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and current ARRT RT (R) certification. Washington State Licensure is required, with ARRT CT Certification preferred.
This position is part of a union.
Note: This role is classified as safety-sensitive.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $30.19 - $45.75
