Job Title: Senior Marketing Coordinator

Langan is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative team in Tampa or Orlando, FL. This individual will play a key role in preparing proposals, qualifications, and presentations, researching business development opportunities, and providing marketing event support for projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepares, assists with, and tracks proposals; statements of qualifications; requests for quotations, and pricing and other marketing collateral from concept through completion;
  • Composes, edits, and creates graphic material, and prepares staff resumes and project experience needed for RFQs, RFPs, and other reports;
  • Coordinates, tracks, and supports the firm's business development and marketing activities;
  • Prepares and completes standard federal forms;
  • Assists in the coordination of trade shows and special events;
  • Designs schedules and coordinates meetings, events, and appointments to ensure the success of meeting deadlines;
  • Attends networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate;
  • Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required;
  • 3+ years of professional marketing experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering, or construction industry;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and editing skills;
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables;
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Quark, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs;
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities;
  • Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.
