Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to assist our marketing team with social media coordinating, content creation, and overall marketing coordination. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in executing social media strategies, supporting marketing campaigns, and helping to grow our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling posts across all social media platforms.
  • Assist in content creation across all social media platforms.
  • Help execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and reach.
  • Monitor social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Support in building and maintaining a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posts.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future content.
  • Stay informed on social media trends and competitor activity to ensure our brand remains relevant and innovative.
  • Assist in brainstorming, designing, and producing creative and visually engaging content tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content ideas for product launches, campaigns, and events.
  • Help with photoshoots and video production, ensuring that content is optimized for social platforms.
  • Edit photos and videos, and create graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media challenges, and content formats to develop fresh, innovative ideas.
  • Assist in brainstorming and ideating creative concepts for influencer campaigns, working with the influencer team to align on themes, challenges, and engagement tactics.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure influencers have the assets they need for content creation.
  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis that will inform marketing strategies.
  • Help organize events, activations, and promotional efforts, including managing logistics and coordinating.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing calendars and planning tools.
  • Support in the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Passion for social media and content creation.
  • Experience with photography, videography, and content editing software.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and an understanding of what works on each platform.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to capture the brand's voice.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
