Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Billing Management: Oversee the billing cycle for clients with recurring invoices, ensuring precision and punctuality.
  • Client Database Oversight: Regularly update and manage the client list to maintain accuracy.
  • Daily Invoice Dispatch: Issue invoices from the ERP system on a daily basis, ensuring all billable services are accounted for.
  • Statement Generation: Create and manage client statements, ensuring all accounts reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Billing System Maintenance: Ensure the billing portals within the ERP system are current and precise.
  • WIP Coordination: Work closely with Partners and Managers to ensure timely billing of Work In Progress (WIP), addressing any discrepancies swiftly.
  • Reporting Duties: Compile and distribute billing reports to management, highlighting any issues that require attention.
  • Client Interaction: Act as a primary contact for clients regarding billing questions, delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a billing clerk role or similar accounting position.
  • Confidentiality Compliance: Adhere strictly to relevant laws and confidentiality standards to safeguard client information.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with general billing software is advantageous.
  • Mathematical Competence: Solid math skills to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
  • Organizational Ability: Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and clients effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Education: A high school diploma is required; additional education in accounting or finance is preferred.
