Heavy Equipment Operator Role at Pearl Builders Group Ltd

Pearl Builders Group Ltd is a prominent real estate development firm focused on both commercial and residential projects. Our experienced senior management team, with over twenty years in the industry, is committed to delivering diverse construction and property management solutions.

We are in search of a skilled individual to enhance our Construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for various installations.
  • Assist with tile installation processes.
  • Operate forklifts and scissor lifts for construction activities.
  • Support the manual handling of construction materials.
  • Perform light repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Engage in landscaping responsibilities.
  • Fill gaps or crevices and perform basic carpentry work.
  • Assist in the repair of tools and appliances.
  • Contribute to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
  • Identify and report the necessity for significant repairs.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and defects.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift weights of 40-50 lbs.
  • Possession of a valid forklift operator and driving license.
  • Comfortable working at elevated heights.
  • Strong understanding of construction and safety protocols.
  • Positive demeanor and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Availability for full-time work.
