Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President of Regional Operations to lead our regional operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of operations managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital partners, physicians, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with national and regional leadership to drive organizational goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management and analysis, business development, and operations management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
