About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Contracts Analyst to join our team at Qualifacts Systems. As a key member of our Sales and Customer Success departments, you will play a critical role in driving account growth and ensuring timely renewals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop and execute a comprehensive renewal strategy for each customer, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on account growth opportunities, driving incremental revenue through strategic contract negotiations.
  • Manage the renewals process, ensuring timely and optimal financial terms, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide executive management with real-time visibility into renewals, soliciting executive involvement as needed to drive successful outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling 200-day forecast of renewals, accurately identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure SLA targets are met.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to other team members, driving customer success and strategic targets through proactive adoption of new initiatives and programs.
  • Engage in strategic account planning with key stakeholders to ensure accountability across teams, promoting a Renewals brand ambassador mindset.
  • Project manage contracting for customer downgrades, mergers, and consortium breakups, ensuring seamless data gathering, internal and customer communications, and process follow-through.
  • Project manage customer de-boarding processes, collaborating with IT to ensure a smooth transition for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support contracting needs originating from internal teams, including Partner Development Executives, Customer Service Managers, and Implementation Project Managers.
  • Facilitate contract language modifications with our Legal team.
  • Cross-train to serve as backup for other functions within the group.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or related work experience.
  • 1 year of experience using Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting SLA deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Comfortable working in enterprise software.
  • Good communication, presentation, and customer service skills, with the ability to partner with various stakeholders.
