Position Overview:
As a vital member of our engineering team, you will oversee the management of intricate and multidisciplinary engineering initiatives from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage complex engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost efficiency.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, applying standard engineering methodologies to address technical challenges.
  • Organize, plan, and oversee all stages of engineering tasks.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for fellow engineers, assessing technological advancements and exploring the viability of new tools and methods.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, technical staff, and other professionals.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an engineering setting managing technical projects.

Work Environment:
This role will be based in a general office setting, requiring various physical activities such as standing, sitting, and walking as needed. Proficiency in computer use is essential, with consistent desk work involved. Adherence to safety protocols is mandatory when visiting manufacturing sites.

Professional Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Access.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on collaboration.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing a high volume of work.
