Job Summary
The Fortus Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Clinical Care Associate to join their team. This role will involve providing high-quality patient care in various settings. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:
• 6 months of experience as a CNA in an acute care setting
• Current licensure as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. We also provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you advance your career.
