About the Role

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our Behavioral Health unit. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Your primary focus will be on utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each patient. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care and exceptional patient outcomes.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

To be successful as a Clinical Care Specialist, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a mental health setting, preferably in Massachusetts.
  • A valid Massachusetts nursing license and BLS certification.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.
