About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Sales Representative to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical devices and solutions to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
