Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Materials, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent education/experience
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in high-volume discrete ETO and BTO manufacturing within Medical or Automotive industries
  • Expert-level user of a Tier One or Tier Two ERP System
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
