This is a fantastic opportunity to become a leader in a dynamic company. We are seeking a growth-minded District Operations Manager to assist with managing dining operations. As the District Operations Manager, you will work with the District Manager to support our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the district financial performance meets Company and client objectives.
  • Optimize operational productivity and monitor development of realistic and accurate forecasts.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote consistent application within the District.
  • Assist where needed in the scheduling and coordination of new installations, catering events, and client locations.
  • Identify regional and district training requirements for Chef and Caf Managers.
  • Abide by all parts of collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associates degree and a minimum of three years related experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data.
  • Catering experience for large groups.
  • ServSafe certified.
  • Excellent presentation skills required.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
