Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience

A minimum of five (5) years of professional-level experience in human resources.


Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to effectively communicate clear strategies and processes to diverse audiences at a high level.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with disciplined organizational skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and organizational abilities, with proficiency in MS Office required.

Responsibilities:


The Human Resources Business Partner acts as a cultural advocate and supports the mission to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.

The Human Resources Business Partner will assist with general HR functions and support the Senior Human Resources Business Partner in advancing Milo's commitment to a People-First approach.
