Position Summary:

We are in search of a seasoned Electrical Engineer to spearhead engineering services for diverse energy infrastructure initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the engineering lead on projects related to power systems, lighting, and control systems
  • Engage in client-focused efforts, including business development
  • Guide and mentor junior engineering personnel
  • Draft specifications and perform calculations for electrical equipment
  • Participate in startup, testing, and troubleshooting processes
  • Evaluate vendor documents and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory
  • California Electrical Professional Engineer license is essential
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in utility or energy sectors is required
  • Experience in supervisory or management roles is necessary
  • Strong communication skills with clients and team members are vital
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, and SKM is preferred
  • Experience with instrumentation and control systems is advantageous
  • A clean driving record is required
