Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist

Oil States International is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales/Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our innovation goals and meet our commitments to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels.
  • Process sales orders, assign job numbers, check stock inventory, and enter orders into our computer system.
  • Maintain open order status reports for customers and send shipping documents on a daily basis.
  • Issue RGA's and RFA's as needed, and upload documents to customer portals daily.
  • Assist Accounts Receivable with collection of past due invoices and maintain customer pricing schedules.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including scanning customer purchase orders into Master Control daily.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone communication skills
  • Intermediate PC knowledge, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Intermediate office skills, including typing, emailing, and scanning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Ability to run errands on behalf of the company
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged sitting
  • Some moderate lifting of boxes
  • Kneeling and bending may be required
