Position Overview

Visiting Angels is a reputable, non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate support to seniors.

We are currently seeking a Client Care Scheduling Manager who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and efficient. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development and management of care schedules for our senior clients, ensuring that our caregivers deliver meaningful assistance in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in initial and ongoing meetings with clients and caregivers to assess needs and expectations.
  • Match caregivers to cases based on clients' requirements, caregivers' qualifications, availability, and personal attributes.
  • Organize and document home visits, gathering feedback from clients regarding caregiver performance and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with the Wellness Team Supervisor to review and update the Plan of Care in alignment with client preferences.
  • Monitor client and employee satisfaction, effectively resolving any complaints or incidents.
  • Recognize and celebrate outstanding caregiver performance to foster a positive work environment.
  • Facilitate disciplinary actions in consultation with management as necessary.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources to enhance service delivery.
  • Be available for on-call duties during evenings and weekends as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:
