Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Services Marketing Specialist to join our team at Arkansas Children's Hospital. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our pediatric services and grow our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our pediatric services, including strategic service lines and telemedicine initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure representation of the entire health system in social media, storytelling, and advertisements.
  • Use marketing research, data-based solutions, and market intelligence to identify needs and opportunities for meeting service line-specific goals and growth.
  • Serve as the marketing subject matter expert for several strategic service lines, working directly with providers and leaders to develop marketing campaigns.
  • Represent Marketing & Communications as a contact person for service line initiatives or other services as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, data analysis, and campaign development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on growing market share and increasing brand loyalty.
