Job Title: Skilled Production Associate/Assembler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Associate/Assembler to join our team at Morgan Truck Body LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building and assembling a variety of truck bodies and components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret orders, specifications, blueprints, and instructions to ensure accurate assembly and production.
  • Cut and shape materials to precise specifications using various saws, sheers, and cutters.
  • Assemble parts and components using bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, and fasteners.
  • Operate pneumatic tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Perform setup and maintenance of machines and equipment as required.
  • Inspect finished projects for quality and defects.
  • Conduct safety and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills.
  • Working knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Construction experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working on truck bodies.
Work Environment:

This role operates in a manufacturing plant environment. The team member is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The team member may sit, bend, stoop, squat, reach overhead, or crawl (may be in confined spaces). The team member is expected to perform repetitive tasks using their hands and have the ability to climb ladders and/or work in high places.
