Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team at DSI Security Services. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at our client sites, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with Clients: Act as a liaison with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Responsible for the day-to-day operations at the site location, including client and employee relations.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our client.
  • Communication: Interact with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, employees, and the general public.
  • Branch Management: Communicate with Branch management regarding all issues, scheduling, staffing, and record keeping that are related to the client.
  • Post Instructions: Follow post instructions specific to the client.
  • Safety Promotion: Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
  • Team Effort: Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
  • Reliability: Stay at your post until your replacement has arrived.
  • Compliance: Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements.
  • Code of Ethics: Have a good understanding and follow DSI's Code of Ethics and Employee Standard.
  • Training: Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI's safety manual.
  • Security Officer Training: Attend and continue to receive security officer training as required by Client or DSI's training program.
  • Professionalism: Present oneself in a professional manner through appearance and conduct.
  • Qualifications: Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver's License: Have a valid driver's license.
  • Reliable Transportation: Have reliable means of transportation and communication.
  • Background Screening: Pass all required background and drug screenings.
  • Customer Service: Be customer service oriented.
  • Computer Skills: Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to perform routine foot patrol and do moderate lifting.
