Overview of the Role

As a Healthcare Operations Lead Associate at UPS, you will be instrumental in overseeing the fulfillment of priority healthcare orders. Your role encompasses a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Your meticulous attention to detail and efficiency will significantly contribute to enhancing our clients' services and allowing them to concentrate on their primary business objectives.

  • Collaborate with supervisors to coordinate warehouse operations
  • Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Utilize RF scanners for effective warehouse management
  • Maintain accuracy in transactions and adhere to safety regulations
  • Adapt to different warehouse environments as needed
  • Must possess the legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Background checks and drug screenings are mandatory

Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Healthcare Operations Lead Associate, you will also oversee the delivery of contracted services to clients, ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to support business initiatives and nurture customer relationships. Furthermore, you will identify and implement opportunities for operational enhancements and increased efficiency.
