Position Overview:

As a Senior Service Associate within our Healthcare division, your primary responsibilities will revolve around order management. This includes the reception of essential healthcare products into our facilities, organizing inventory, processing orders, and providing customer service support. Our team plays a vital role in managing medical devices, testing equipment, pharmaceuticals, and more.

  • Capability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • Ability to operate at heights of up to 28 feet using powered equipment
  • Experience with various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks and forklifts
  • Proficient in using radio frequency (RF) scanners for warehouse tasks
  • Execute all duties with precision and minimal oversight
  • Utilize a computer-based warehouse management system (WMS) for all warehouse functions
  • Ensure accuracy in transactions while adhering to safety and quality standards
  • Work in diverse environments, including ambient, refrigerated, and frozen areas
  • Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is mandatory

  • Engage in hands-on tasks related to core UPS operations, following established procedures for efficiency and safety.

    Perform manual tasks requiring proficiency gained through training and experience. Carry out a variety of duties while making minor adjustments to work routines within established guidelines. Complete tasks with limited supervision and offer guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Oversee the delivery of contracted services to clients, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or surpassed. Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to support business products. Manage daily operations related to compliance, inventory management, order processing, supplier procurement, staffing, facility inspections, employee engagement, safety, and profitability. Conduct various financial activities, including forecasting and creating annual business plans aligned with corporate objectives. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, which may involve direct service interactions. Identify and propose enhancements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
