We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker and Surveyor to join our team at Greenlife Healthcare Staffing. As a Clinical Social Worker and Surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of care provided to residents in long-term care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveys and assessments of long-term care facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Accredit and certify facilities that meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with facility staff to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Develop and implement training programs for facility staff on survey and accreditation processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work.
  • Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing of the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
  • At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.
  • Current licensure to practice as an LCSW.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis.
