Job Overview

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to fill a Healthcare Facility Surveyor position with a Quality Improvement Consulting Company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveys and evaluations of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare quality and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work.
  • Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT).
  • At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.
  • Current licensure to practice as an LCSW.
  • Proven ability to make independent decisions and effectively manage the survey process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis.
