Job Summary

The Member Navigator role at Molina Healthcare is a critical position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. As a Member Navigator, you will serve as the liaison between members and healthcare providers, ensuring that members receive the necessary support and resources to navigate their healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with members and caregivers to identify and address potential barriers to healthcare access
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective care
• Document all interactions and interventions in a timely and accurate manner
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
• 2+ years of customer service and/or healthcare experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
