Company Overview:
Topper Industries I, LLC is a leading firm in structural design and fabrication. We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven individual to fill the role of Estimator/Sales Representative.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities and a professional demeanor, as this role involves close collaboration with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of our inside sales team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying new project opportunities using various tools.
  • Assessing customer requirements and project specifications for bids.
  • Coordinating information distribution to relevant internal teams.
  • Creating cost estimates based on proprietary pricing structures.
  • Drafting budgetary or firm proposals, including defining and adjusting the scope of work, pricing, delivery, and terms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
  • The ability to interpret technical and legal documents.
  • Experience in developing competitive estimates from concepts or schematic drawings for industrial, DOT, and commercial projects.
  • Knowledge of structural aluminum and floating structures relevant to fabrication and site installation.
  • Proficiency in GSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs, along with basic computer skills.
  • The capability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • A self-motivated attitude and strong mathematical skills.

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred, along with:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 annually
