Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source new projects utilizing various tools.
  • Evaluate customer requirements and project specifications for bidding.
  • Coordinate the dissemination of information to relevant internal teams.
  • Generate cost estimates in accordance with proprietary pricing standards.
  • Draft budgetary or definitive proposals, adjusting the scope as necessary.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in interpreting technical and legal documents.
  • Ability to transform concepts or schematic drawings into competitive estimates.
  • Familiarity with structural aluminum and floating structures related to fabrication and site assembly.
  • Competent in GSuite, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and general computer skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with strong mathematical capabilities.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

$50,000 - $70,000 annually
