Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will encompass sourcing projects, crafting proposals, and bidding processes. You will engage directly with clients, engineers, and Topper personnel.

Essential duties include:
  • Assessing client requirements and project specifications
  • Coordinating information dissemination to relevant internal teams
  • Generating cost estimates in accordance with proprietary pricing standards
  • Formulating budgetary or definitive proposals, adjusting scope as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates should be able to interpret technical and legal documents/contracts effectively.
  • Capability to transform concepts or schematic drawings into detailed competitive estimates for industrial, DOT, and commercial projects
  • Familiarity with structural aluminum and floating structures relevant to fabrication and site installation
  • Proficiency in GSuite, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and basic computer skills

Additionally, candidates should demonstrate:
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines
  • A self-motivated attitude and strong mathematical skills

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Job Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
$80,000 - $150,000 annually
