Key Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass various tasks, including:
  • Identifying new project opportunities utilizing provided resources.
  • Evaluating customer specifications and project bidding requirements.
  • Coordinating information dissemination to all pertinent internal stakeholders.
  • Generating cost estimates in accordance with proprietary pricing standards.
  • Formulating budgetary or definitive proposals, adjusting scope as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The candidate should have the ability to:
  • Interpret technical and legal documents/contracts effectively.
  • Transform concepts or schematic drawings into competitive estimates.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of structural aluminum and floating structures relevant to fabrication and installation.
  • Utilize GSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs proficiently.
  • Manage multiple priorities while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Engage in challenging discussions when necessary.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and possess strong mathematical skills.

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is preferred. Candidates should have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Alternatively, a combination of education and experience that demonstrates capability.

Job Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
$80,000 - $150,000 annually
