Company Overview:

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities and a professional demeanor, as this role involves close collaboration with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source new projects utilizing various tools provided.
- Analyze customer requirements and project specifications for bids.
- Distribute information to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Prepare cost estimates following proprietary pricing guidelines.
- Develop budgetary or firm proposals, adjusting scope and pricing as necessary.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical and legal documents.
- Ability to create competitive estimates from concepts or schematic drawings for industrial, DOT, and commercial projects.
- Understanding of structural aluminum and floating structures relevant to fabrication and site installation.
- Competence in GSuite, Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and basic computer skills.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines and engaging in challenging discussions.
- Self-motivated with strong mathematical skills.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 annually
